Helping people to realise when “enough is enough” 🤔

🎙️ In the recent podcast episode, I talked about a difficult topic: when it is a good time to change jobs. I shared career progress tips, emphasizing the importance of daily notes and quarterly planning with management. I suggested journaling daily to reflect on noteworthy events, lessons learned in conversations, completed tasks, and emerging questions.

📝 I also cover to the concept of “Tour of Duty” and explained its significance as a commitment to a specific mission or project within the professional realm. I highlighted the benefits for both employees and employers, emphasizing skill development, career growth, and enhanced employee engagement.

🔄 Shifting gears, I introduced “The 4 Qualities” framework by James Clear, focusing on enjoyment, proficiency, financial reward, and association with fascinating people. I explored these qualities in reverse order, guiding listeners to identify enjoyable paths, skills, ways to make money with fascinating people, and finally, where to find these captivating individuals.

🔚 In conclusion, I emphasized the holistic nature of a great career, combining enjoyment, proficiency, financial reward, and meaningful connections. I encouraged listeners to reflect on “The 4 Qualities” as a guide toward a truly satisfying professional life.

Asking the mind-blowing question instead of planning 🤯

Someone asked me this question some time ago. It completely blew my mind and derailed me.

It is one of the questions that it’s worth pondering. I’m going to give you a short mental exercise that will help you how to think think big.

“If you could have something named after you, what would it be?” ❓

If you, like me, struggle to get the answer, here is a little exercise you can do to help you how to think big 👇
